What the app is for

The app shows shop notes, the lounge calendar, hours, a map, and the brand names carried in the humidor. It does not take orders or payment. Sign in with Apple or Google to see lounge points and to chat with the shop.

What we store if you sign in or turn on alerts

If you sign in, the shop server stores the name and email from Apple or Google, a private account id from that provider, your lounge point balance, and the notes you exchange with the shop. The shop can also save a phone number it types in at the counter. If you allow notifications, the app also sends a token for this phone and whether it is an iPhone or an Android phone, tied to that account so a reply can reach the phone. None of this is sold or used for advertising.

What we do not collect

The app does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, or tracking permission. Saving an event opens the calendar on this phone. The shop does not receive that calendar. The map is an embedded street map. Call, text, and directions open the phone or maps app.

How to delete it

Email info@releafcigars.com to ask for the account, chat, and push token to be deleted. Turning off notifications in the phone’s settings stops new alerts on this phone.

Age

The humidor and lounge are for adults 21 and over. The app asks for that confirmation before the tabs open. The confirmation stays on this phone.
